I have never stayed in any rental that had nearly so many amentities (eg maps, spices, bug spray, instructions, dog water/food dishes,.).




When guests are not in the Main House, especially in the winter months, we allow the tenant to use the washer/dryer in this ground floor room.I found the rental to be working outside lighting, slippery stairs and decks with no treads, no curtains for privacy on entrance doors or picture windows and no smoke, co2 detectors or fire extinguishers.We have offered her the option of returning, and she has declined.Within the hour, I received an email from IT saying that based on their research that yes, you guessed it, that there were insufficient funds in my bank account and that I should contact my bank.The instructions and suggestions covered everything.I did so, and again received the same declination notice from vrbo stating I had insufficient funds.My guess is they went somewhere else, or decided to go home for another reason.We look forward to your next visit.Five days later, I received an email stating that they had researched my issue and felt that there were insufficient funds in my account.We lacked for nothing.



Owner's Response: September 2018 this Vacationer reserved Jan-Mar 2019.
The view was wonderful, both from deck and inside cabin, the hot tub was perfect.
Our new tenant inadvertantly left her clothes in the dryer prior to this guest arrival, she retrieved her laundry, apologized, and Vacationer texted me, "your tenant greeted us nicely." This Vacationer has requested the return of all of her money after blocking our house for.
